Dr. Robbins works with younger and older adults and provides individual, couples and group psychotherapy. His integrated and dynamic approach to therapy is informed by mindfulness meditation (he earned a Master’s degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy), neuroscience (his doctoral training and research focused on how the brain works and influences thoughts, feelings and behaviors), psychoanalysis, group dynamics, and cognitive therapies (he received training in CBT and DBT). Dr. Robbins also received advanced training in marriage and couples therapy.
